How do i view statements from September 2022 - September 2024?

Got a couple of options you can try for that one, do any of these help by any chance?

• Historical data e.g. bills from Apollo should automatically backfill into Orion after your account migrates, but it can take a couple of weeks to do the number crunching and heavy lifting which kicks off only after your account is spun up on Orion (otherwise the removal trucks don’t know where to go!)
• You might be able to ask OVO Support to grab them for you - have a chat with them via the options at https://ovoenergy.com/help 
• You could try this tool to submit a Subject Access Request to OVO which might pull down the data you’re after. In case it helps, I’ve created a demo one below and if you set it up the same way (minus the totally fake joke account details), it should work  you can choose more options if you want, but it’s best if I let you decide for yourself what you’d like to retrieve
