Hi @Titta Simpson we can anonymize your account, removing your email address and any connection between your profile and your posts. 

 

This is what we’d do if someone who was active in the past wanted to have their account deleted. That way the posts still remain, all be it from a blank profile, and the conversations they took part in still make sense. 

 

In your case, you haven’t made any posts, so if you’d prefer, we can completely delete your profile…

 

As blastoise mentions if it’s just the notifications you want to avoid, just make the change to your subscriptions and email notifications settings in you profile!

Hi,

If you just want to turn off email notifications, you can do that via your user settings at https://forum.ovoenergy.com/settings/general .

If however, you want to have your account deleted, please contact the forum moderators via forum@ovoenergy.com . This won’t completely wipe absolutely everything and takes 30 days to complete, but it will wipe out all of your personal data from the forum.
