How do I get OVO to make direct FIT payments into my Bank Account?

Can anyone help me to get OVO to make payments direct into my bank account? 

I can find nothing on Ovo’s website and their customer services are very busy(?)  and can't help straight away.

I can see Blastoise has given some good advice here, just wanted to add- Alternatively, you can speak to our FiT Team by calling 0330 303 5063 and selecting ‘4’ when the IVR instructs you to do so.
