Health check questions- Can't press 9 or 0 with my Landis & Gyr?

Hello everyone, please I need clarification on my Landis gyr E470 Electricity meter and Landis gyr G370 Gas meter. I was sent a health check questions for the meters (Electricity and Gas) with questions that requires me to press 0,9 or 6 for feedback but I can't identify any numbers buttons/keyboard on them. What can I do in this situation?
