Having trouble getting onto the app

I have been trying to sign in to my account but the app won't let me

Hi @Jane cruickshank, have you signed into the app previously, is this a new problem in other words?

 

EDIT. Ah, I’ve just tried, it’s “taking longer than usual”…is that the message you got as well? Try going into your account via a browser if they’re having a problem at the moment with the app…I’ve just checked and the browser’s working fine

@Jane cruickshank Just tried and no issues with either. Can you think of anything you might have changed recently? Do you have a different phone you can try it on?

 

I've got a different app that won't now accept a VPN connection although the Ovo app is ok with that. The clue to my other problem was that it worked on a different phone.

Reducing my yearly fossil fuel usage with an EV (-900 litres petrol), A2AHP (-8,700 kWh gas) and Timed Immersion heater (-1,500 kWh gas)

I had the app from old company signed into new one and now it won't let me on

Hi @Jane cruickshank, is it the OVO App you’re trying? 
 

Try the browser and see how it goes? The account info will look slightly different, but it’s got more or less the same functionality.
