Gas supply still off after topping up, how can I get it back on?

My gas had run out whilst I was at work. I went and topped it up but by the time I came home the supply had been disconnected. I have credit in my account as shown on smart reader but I don't know how to reactivate the gas. Can anyone help pleaseĀ
