I have just got an email from OVO offering a home visit to my home for #25.00
Did anyone else get this?
The link to book the offer doesn’t work
They won’t answer the phone.
Has anyone got any idea how you book this offer?

The scheme was introduced a couple of months ago:

I booked an Energy Saving Expert online but have not received any confirmation so don’t know if they are coming today between 12 and 4pm my quess is not likely. I tried to chat on line with OVO to see if they had a booking they did not have a clue what was talking about and gave me their help desk number which I waited on and gave up. Has anyone received confirmation or indeed had a visit from an Energy Expert having booked on line?
