As of December 2025, Energy Experts service is no longer available.

The scheme was introduced a couple of months ago:

There’s a bit more info here: OVO Energy Experts – OVO Energy, but no indication of what to do if they won’t talk to you. Which phone number did you try?

Noel | I have no official status; I'm just a volunteer who comes here to help other customers. My gear: Aclara SGM 1416-B Electricity-only E7 meter; Chameleon IHD3-PPMID-AAA | It may look as if I know what I’m talking about, but don’t let that fool you. |

I booked an Energy Saving Expert online but have not received any confirmation so don’t know if they are coming today between 12 and 4pm my quess is not likely. I tried to chat on line with OVO to see if they had a booking they did not have a clue what was talking about and gave me their help desk number which I waited on and gave up. Has anyone received confirmation or indeed had a visit from an Energy Expert having booked on line?

    Hey @Peter516

I reached out to the Energy Experts team who’d like to help confirm this. I’m going to reach out to you via Private Message to get some details so we can check for you.
