Does anybody know this gas meter? Does anyone know how I get it to show me a reading please?

That’s a Flonidan UniFlo. You should be able to get a reading by pressing any button. However, the battery might be dead so it might need an upgrade. OVO fits the SMETS2 version, but that one is SMETS1.
