Took a reading yesterday at 4pm them 9-30 pm message top up required when there was over £500 in my prepaid account. This morning showing over £100 disappeared over night and that's impossible

Thanks for flagging this.
It might be that a debt has been loaded onto your meter with a daily repayment rate. Or a standing charge / emergency credit debt that needed clearing after a top up. When did you last top up? Do you have a smart meter?
Whatever the reason if it’s taking your credit incorrectly this will get sorted. Perhaps our Support team are best placed to help.
