Charging not being deducted from Anytime miles

I have charged twice (end of Nov and once in Dec) and the miles have not been deducted from my allowance.

Does this mean it has been charged at full rate? Also, how do I get the miles retrospectively deducted - not sure if someone at OVO can answer this for me?

Just to clarify my VW app had a password issue which took VW 2 weeks to sort - so its likely linked as the OVO charge app wouldnt have been linked to the car - but I still have my miles to use.

Morning @Solomonrose86, I hope you’re well.

I’ve reached out to a colleague in the Charge Anytime department about this, and they’ve said:

We'd need to be connected to the vehicle for it to work. The VW password issue has stopped us from connecting to the car, so we wouldn't have been controlling the charging and it wouldn't have been using the allowance. They wouldn't get deducted retrospectively. Instead, once they've reset their VW password, they should just be able to delete/re-add their vehicle in Ovo Charge. It'll get them to re-enter their VW password and reconnect.

I hope this helps, cheers.
