Charge Anywhere offer- How to get a voucher code for £2 off one of the OVO Charge boost memberships for 6 months

I have set up an account on the OVO Charge app using the same e-mail address as my OVO account. I am supposed to get a voucher code for £2 off one of the OVO Charge boost memberships for 6 months (effectively making the 'Light' membership free) but I can't see anywhere to get this code. Any ideas??

No code is required - if the details match, the discount should be automatically applied. But if you need one, check your PM’s for some more info.

Best bet for this one if that doesn’t help is to Live Chat the team via https://www.joinbonnet.com/ - it’s in the bottom right corner.

    I’ve been charged £2 for Ovo Boost. I don’t remember signing up and only used the Ovo card once as I rarely have to public charge. I still had the prepayment charge on my account for a few days which doesn’t happen with Electroverse.
    What is Ovo Boost and why have I been charged?

    Sounds like you activated a Light Boost when you ordered the card.

    You can cancel it via the app if you don’t want it.
