Charge Anytime app black screen?

Hi,

New customer here, trying to sign up for Charge Anytime but the app launches to a black screen and does nothing. I’ve tried the usual uninstall, restart, try different device etc but all with no result. 
 

Emailed the Charge Anytime mailbox last week but no answer as of yet. 
 

Anyone else had this issue and suggestions to fix?

I’m sorry to hear this. 

 

I’ve checked this with the team who have advised that app updates that should fix this issue should hopefully be released today.
