Can I change the Economy 7 off-peak times in the smart meter?

I need to change the time that my Alcara smart meter switches ON/OFF the Economy 7 output - my new tariff has different times for the of-peak rate.  I have a 5-port meter.


I think this is accessed through the engineering menu - what is the passcode for this menu?  Can the times be changed remotely by the energy supplier?

    Hi @wmykura , the times are defined by the supplier and must be set by them. If they are wrong, the system can be set remotely - you need to contact customer support. 


    Note: don’t forget that the peak/off peak times differ by region
    Users are not allowed to access the engineering menu

    This is mainly about the switch circuit. 
    Octopus do allow whole house usage during ‘off peak’ via Intelligent Go but if part of the connection isn’t switched in, it won’t be live. 
    Bottom line though is the supplier would need to configure the 5th terminal or change the meter for one without one
