Blue flame showing on IHD even though no gas/hot water being used

Noticed this morning that the blue flame was showing about 0.08p per kWh. We haven’t used any hot water for at least 45 mins yet still shows usage, dropping down to 0.02p now. At a loss what’s happening. It has been off and then back on again after using some hot water. Not radiators as they’re definitely off

Your IHD will update more frequently if your smart meters are set to give half-hourly readings. You can request a change of read schedule to half-hourly by contacting our Support Team.

Hi @IChap55 , don’t forget that the gas information is only updated every 30 mins so there will be an ‘accumulation’ of what’s been used shown over that time period
