I got a credit for the July Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime, then an email half way through August with an update saying I’d earned £6 but since then no credit on September bill or any further update. I emailed Ovo and got a reply referring me to help on Power Move! I replied to that explains it was Power Move Fles I was enquiring about and have heard nothing back. Anybody else having issues?

I’ve heard back from the Power Move team and can confirm that you had been removed from the trial due to an eligibility bug which has since been fixed. Your account has been credited with £24 which you will see labelled on your next statement as ‘Power Move’ credit.
