App no longer shows breakdown of usage type ie. car charging?

My OVO app used to show a breakdown of how our gas and electricity are being used for example fridge freezer, standby, car charging etc for electricity and hot water or heating for gas. Has something changed?  Is there a way I can get this detail back again?

… or in the app, click the little person icon to open your account page, scroll down to Settings > How often meter reads send and make sure that Every half hour is selected under Data used for billing.

Are you sure you’re definitely on Half-Hourly Readings @MB651 ?

I’d suggest checking with OVO Support to make sure.
