So I recently received a letter saying that I was being switched from OVO- however, I have no intention of switching, and I have made absolutely no actions to do so.
I believe this might be an Erroneous Transfer, but I really don’t know.
The problem is: I have tried to get in contact both via e-mail and phone, however for some reason, neither will recognise my OVO account number when I enter it, so I cannot get more information and I cannot correct this.
Any advice? Thanks.
