Supplier was transferred without my knowledge, and I can't get in contact?

So I recently received a letter saying that I was being switched from OVO- however, I have no intention of switching, and I have made absolutely no actions to do so.

 

I believe this might be an Erroneous Transfer, but I really don’t know.

 

The problem is: I have tried to get in contact both via e-mail and phone, however for some reason, neither will recognise my OVO account number when I enter it, so I cannot get more information and I cannot correct this.

 

Any advice? Thanks.

Hi ​@CRoss1234 ,

Try Live Chat and initially put NO to are you a customer. It’ll get you through that way - use the Erroneous Transfer rules to get this rollback process rolling.
