Hi, my mum is moving house in the near future and has been contacted by someone using the number 0330 818 1406, claiming to be from Ovo. The call was terminated mid-conversation by the "Ovo employee" and a Google search of the number doesn't inspire confidence. Is this likely to be a scam or just a poorly executed contact by Ovo?

I just wanted to pop back on this thread as we had an update from one of the Resource Specialists regarding this number.
They came back to let us know that this number is actually connected to a genuine third party sales team.
I’m sorry again for any confusion or stressed caused to your mum by all of this but I hope this clears up this query.
