Yup! That’s absolutely possible. The easiest way is to sign up at the new place and leave the existing account open at the old place while both properties are in your control. If the new house is supplied by anyone other than OVO and you want OVO to be the supplier, you’ll need to sign up with the existing one first to take on control of the supply and then do a switch request once you’ve gained control.
On the day you sell the old house and hand over the keys (or a few days ahead - you’ll probably know the best time for this), grab a final Meter Reading just before you lock up, then use the Moving Home tool in MyOVO to commence the shutdown process on the old account. Once you pay that Final Bill off, it’ll close completely.
