How do I move my gas supply over to OVO?

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to the OVO Forum! I hope you’re well.

We’d be happy for you to switch to OVO. Just to let you know, we accept electric-only transfers, but don’t accept gas-only transfers unless your electricity is already with us. If we supply your electricity already then we can take over your gas supply, otherwise you’d need to switch both your electricity and gas to OVO.

If your electricity is already with OVO, please contact our Support Team, and request that they switch your gas to OVO.

If you’re not supplied by OVO at all, and want to switch your electricity and gas, you can do this with our online switching tool: https://www.ovoenergy.com/home-energy-plans/switch-energy-supplier.

When you use the tool you’ll need to enter your personal details and select a tariff. You’ll also be able to set up a Direct Debit if you’d like one. I’ve included a guide below which gives full switching information 👇
