Final Statement / continued threats

Why do OVO continue to threaten me with debt recovery when I have a letter from them telling me to do nothing since my final statement is ‘on hold’?

That would usually be a case of ‘The Left Hand  not knowing what the Right Hand is doing’

If it does actually get to the stage of a Debt Collection Agent contacting you - (and most probably it won't get anywhere near  that) - then we have a guide on how to deal with collection agencies:

Why when I have a letter telling me my final statement is on hold and I quote ‘You need to do nothing’ I get texts threatening me with debt recovery?
