Timing of daily smart meter reading.

Hiya!

It varies a bit, but on average the readings get collected between midnight and 7am - this is the same for both Daily and Half-Hourly mode.

For Monthly mode, it’s the same timeframe but only once a month.

Blastoise186 has already left some helpful advice here, I’m glad you found that useful.

If the smart meters are newly installed 3 weeks ago, they may still be settling and as Blastoise mentions, they miss the odd one but the next reading would always catch it up anyway. 

If you spot quite a few missing after 6 weeks, I would get in touch with the Support Team but it sounds like a one off.
