How can I take an export reading from a Landis & Gyr E470 type 5533 smart meter?

I  am unable to access the reading for generation on my meter (Landid & Gyr E470 type 5533). The suggested sequence does not work:  I cant find any manual for thsi particular model

any sugggestions?

It’s easy on Aclara meters like the one I’ve got - it literally just auto-cycles between all the readings in sleep mode and pressing A lets you manually cycle between each of them. And any disabled ones do indeed still get listed - they just show as zeroes.

If the meter is currently configured for single-rate, the second register is presumably not active, which would explain why you can’t find it. Have a look at a recent bill to find your MPAN (the grid with a big S and six boxes with numbers in them). What are the numbers in the top row, and the first one in the bottom row?

The Meter Point ID is traceable to your address, so don’t share it.
