gas not showing on new app

Just downloaded the new app and my gas top up is not available just the electric

Even if I go on my PC and try and top up online the gas is not available......it always used to be there

 

Gas meter is,a SMETS2

Sorry to hear that you’re not seeing your gas when logging in to the online account and app. There’s several different scenarios which can cause this, and they’re easily fixable by our Support Team. You’ll need to get in touch with them to report this.

 

One common cause we’ve seen is that one of your smart meters could be labelled incorrectly on your account as a traditional meter. This would just need to be updated on our side to say ‘smart’, and the online account and app will then display both fuels.
