I’m having issues with my electricity costing much much more (more than double) since switching from RTS complex (3phase) meter, thtc control set up to a five port smart meter (economy 10) Folk on other forums are mentioning that a seven port meter is what is needed for this set up to maintain full functionality. But OVO don’t seem to offer a seven port meter? Or do they and I’ve just not figured it out yet?

I’m sorry to hear about the increase in costs, and I hope that this can be answered, especially before the winter. We don’t offer seven port meters I’m afraid, and the exchange you’ve had is in line with what we’re offering in place of RTS. It might be worth speaking to our Support Team just so that they can double check that everything looks as it should from their end, and that you’re on the correct tariff.
