can't get through to OVO on phone

My meter isn't showing my top up payments and I only have the emergency credit left.  I've tried to ring OVO only to be told that they are closed no matter what time I ring.  Has OVO gone bust?

Nope! Still open as normal! Try again tomorrow morning - Monday mornings just tend to be insane.

Did you manage to type the codes into the meter following ​@Blastoise186’s advice? There can also be a delay sometimes with top-ups being displayed on the meter. Sometimes it can be some time before it registers them.
