I'm not sure what you mean by “bad to get hold of”

There is a choice of contact methods - telephone, web chat  social media (facebook, instagram  X),  or email.

It’s also good to specify is it about your energy account or the forum one?

As this is a first post then I had assumed it was the online account password that needs changing.

However you can change your passwords yourself;

If it's for this forum then you can change your own password in your profile.

If it's for the app the you can change your own password on the login screen.

If it's for the app the you can change your own password on the login screen.
