Why am I getting the error message "updating settings come back in 48 hours"

I signed up for power move months ago and it always said updating settings come back in 48 hours,I left power move and tried to sign back up but now it says couldn’t update setting,check your connection, any idea on how to get past this

I'm really sorry for the delayed response! The team has confirmed that they've fixed the issue which was related to the meter reading frequency, so it should be up and running now.

I went through this drama two years ago. I gathered that there was a specific problem with ‘some accounts’, which they were working on. It was 11 months later that i suddenly found myself back in the fold. The ‘updating settings’ message stayed unchanged from about June 2024 until May 2025. 

Make sure that the PM people know about the fault - that might take a call from, e.g., ​@Ben_OVO to them, or if you’re lucky, ​@Ash_OVO who sometimes monitors this group might pick it up. Support didn’t know anything about  Power Move when I tried to get them to do something about the problem.
