It sounds like you actually won a £25 Power Move CREDIT last month! Nice one! :)
£25 has been REMOVED from your bill for this month as a result - that’s £25 of free electricity/gas you can use as you wish. You don’t need to do anything as it’s already been given to you.

Well lucky you all l get is like 3pence or 4 pence towards my bill to come off that is it. because l can’t always do the opt ins as l am working and when l earn free time to use then it’s Sunday then l am working as well. so l miss out altogether.

Please make sure you’re not confusing Power Move and Power Move Flex!
Power Move is the one that does the prize draw as a result of an entire month of activity - that’s where the £25 came from in this case.
Power Move Flex is the one that does the events that give small rewards in response to specific actions.
You can be in both at once!
