Power Move impacted by other offers

I have checked my power move reward app few days ago and got 2 reward and saying I am doing a partial month? But I did have 8 reward and I have signed up a year ago. I Can't get any answer from  ovo.

Hi Ben

I have got to the bottom of why my  power move prize draw has reset it self because l have signed up to the 2 hours free electricity.

I have found this a by speaking to customer service complaint agent by saying.

"I'll be raising this feedback with the team to make sure that in the future, any new subscriptions or deals do not affect existing customer rewards. I'll also be providing feedback to staff regarding training on these rewards."

Hopefully this will help anybody else who my have the same issue.
