Has anyone not received their Power Move reward from last month?

On Android it’s 21.2.0 last updated 11/2/26

 

I appear to have the latest version of the app but I have no notification of the new free hours of electricity.

I have also not received my massive £2 Power Move win from last month yet either!

Sorry about our delay in getting back to you on this, we’ve been able to gain a little more information that might explain this, the team have explained there was a delay with credits at the beginning of the month, but they should have been added by the 9th. If you’d be able to take another look at the statement to see if it's updated with the applied credit, or under the Charges and Payments section. 

 

If you’re still not seeing the credit, if you could reply to Chris_OVO's PM ​so the team can take a look.

I too earned £2 in January. The app told me it would soon be credited to my account. Sadly, things got a bit out of sync between the app and online billing. My billing period is the calendar month - a blessing in many respects.

Although the reward was determined and notified in the first week of February as promised, it was in fact credited to the January account. This meant that the January statement I’d downloaded on 5 February was no longer accurate and a new one with a higher closing balance was available.
 

This is not the right way to do it in my view.

 

Could your win perhaps have found its way on to January’s statement?

I’ve moved your conversation and created a new thread in the Power Move area to see if this might be a bigger issue. I'm really curious to know if your winnings showed up in your January statement, like Firedog mentioned above, Bendog! Please keep me posted! I've already reached out to Amy to check on any delays or issues with the payments, so I’m just waiting to hear back from her. Thanks!

The last time that I received an email about Power Move results was on the 8th October with the results for September. It is also not possible to see the history of any Power Move results. My billing period runs from the 4th of the month to the 3rd of the following month. On the app, it states (regarding results): “We’ll announce this between 2nd and 4th of the following month.” Although I did receive a £2 Power Move credit on my Jan 4th to February 3rd bill, I doubt very much that this was for the January draw. I cannot prove this as no date is associated with the winnings and, as I said, no history is available.
