OVO Live benefits at OVO Arena Wembley have now come to an end. To access the venue pre-sale or find out about lounge upgrades, please visit the venue website.

Q: Why are pre‑sales at Arena Wembley stopping after 31st December? 
A: OVO’s partnership with OVO Arena Wembley has ended and therefore OVO Live benefits, including pre-sale ticket access, are no longer available at this venue. To access the venue pre-sale or find out about lounge upgrades, please visit the venue website.

Q: Will I still be able to buy tickets?
A: Yes - tickets will remain available through general sales on the venue website or the venue pre-sale. 

Q: Does this affect events already announced?
A: No - if you’ve already purchased tickets for events taking place in 2026, they remain valid. For future events, tickets will be available through general sales via the venue website.

With the new OVO Live WhatsApp channel you can get updates on pre-sale* and exclusive ticket access for upcoming shows at The O2 arena, OVO Arena Wembley and the OVO Hydro.

Plus there’ll be exclusive OVO Live competitions and offers, from surprise upgrades and ticket drops to VIP experiences and events.

    I was shocked and pleased when the qr code in the top actually worked. And even more impressed whatsapp notifications now can come in. If this forum had a sync with whatsapp it would be even better!

        Here’s the response from the OVO Live team:

         

        All OVO customers can sign up to OVO Live for free. With OVO Live, customers can get exclusive ticket access to shows at iconic venues. Pre-sale ticket access up to 48 hrs in advance of general on-sale at OVO Arena Wembley and OVO Hydro, and exclusive access to tickets in the OVO Lounge at time of general on sale for shows at The O2 and Co-op Live.
        From time to time there are exclusive competitions for unique experiences - keep an eye on notifications for your chance to win!

        Thanks for answering. That's a shame, misleading ovo news post online says -

        "With the new OVO Live WhatsApp channel you can get updates on pre-sale and exclusive ticket access for upcoming shows at The O2 arena, OVO Arena Wembley and the OVO Hydro."

        This implies you get presale access just for joining the whatsapp and you don't have to be a customer. Migbe be an idea to update the post. Thanks.
