Could you give https://ovo-live.com/ a try? OVO Live is the new system for getting presale tickets to the OVO Hydro and the VIP Lounge access. OVO customers also qualify for this service and your login should work.

Still struggling to get in @topher100 ? Don’t worry, I’ve got a solution for you.

Try getting in touch with the OVO Live team directly. You can either use the contact form at https://ovo-live.com/Contact/ or fire off an email to ovolive@ovo.com . Whichever works for you.

I’d recommend the contact form though, as it helps the team to get the information they need from you more easily.

 

Does it work when you use a different device? 

 

If you’d tried the above and not yet received a response but require one immediately, the only other suggestion I have is contacting Support.

You’ll still qualify with OVO Live as well. You might have to re-register but it’ll work as long as you’re with OVO or Boost.

You either need to book via that website, or find one of the OVO team on-site when you arrive to redeem the perks on offer.
