Event unavailable in the OVO arena app

I have logged in using the same email I have to buy the Tokio hotel tickets for 2026 and I bought them on alt.tickets and I already have gotten the confirmation email and everything but when I go into access my tickets on the ovo arena app it says I have no upcoming events and when I click the why I can’t see my events button it says after I bought them it should display a few hours later but it’s been a week and there not there

It’s too soon for them to show up - tickets may not show up until a week prior to the event, promoters rules, not OVO rules.

      As Blastoise186 has mentioned the actual tickets won’t be visible until closer to the date.

       

      I’ve asked the team about this to confirm, I’ll pop back here as soon as I have anything further to add from them.
