can’t open ticket wallet on ovo arena app


Hello, I’m supposed to go see Aespa on march 2nd at Ovo Wembley but I can’t seem to open my ticket wallet? I know the tickets will only be available closer to the concert but everyone I know can at least open their wallet, while mine shows this message. It’s been like this for months now and I have no idea why.

The team managed to get an update for us and the venue have reported they’ve seen a few of these issues coming through. The venue team are currently looking into the issues and working on fixing them but they’ve suggested a few work arounds for now: 

 

The advice is for you to download the AXS app and create an AXS account (if you haven't already) with the email you’ve booked the tickets under. AXS is the ticketing partner for OVO Arena Wembley so all tickets will be accessible through here.

 

If you or other customers are still having issues you can contact either:

i’ll try this tyvm! also do u know if axs app also shows tickets for ovo arena or is it only the ovo app? because i think my axs app works just fine

I’m afraid I can’t say as I’ve never tried. I wouldn’t be surprised if they show up in both but I suspect you may have to use the OVO Arena one

Okay i see i see. Well live chat didn’t work :( does ovo arena/axs have a costumer service email i can try contacting? I’m getting a bit worried

hey, were you able to get a solution? im having the exact same problem, and both AXS/seetickets have been pretty useless to me. im also getting p worried :(

Sorry to see that this issue is still persisting. I’ve caught up with ​@Chris_OVO and he’s still waiting to hear back from our OVO Live team. He’s chased them again this morning and we’ll be back to you as soon as we hear anything.

Hiya!

We have a confirmed success from another user that the workaround did the trick.

Please can anyone affected try using the AXS app as suggested. If you’re able to make that one spit out a QR Code for your event ticket that changes every 60 seconds, you’ve got exactly what you need to get through the door.

Yup! All tickets for that venue are accessible via AXS regardless of where you got them from

Hello, 

I can’t see my tickets on ovo or axs but I can see them on ticket master. I definitely have the right email attached aswell

Yeah, same issue with you  ​@BigdonJac . No tickets have shown on the axs app, contacted ticketmaster and they didn’t really say much but to contact wembley ovo directly. no way around it

I could open the wallet section and show the ticket QR code to the first security, afterward I lined up a bit more and got to the second security in front of the venue, that was when this error message showed up and I was not able to open my ticket anymore…
The guy in the box office helped and told me to use the AXS app, which it worked and I was able to get into the show…
Now I am typing this message after a few months, that this error message is still in my OVO Arena app and I have 3 more shows to go to this year, only one of them have the ticket showing on the AXS app, but not the other two… I can’t open the wallet section for the ovo arena app still… I am worried :(

Sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having with the tickets, I did check this with the team.

 

They’ve advised for now to access all OVO Arena Wembley tickets through the AXS app (AXS are the Wembley ticketing partner) when this issue comes up for accessing tickets via Arena Wembley the app. The team are aware and looking into this issue. Hopefully they’ll be able to correct this soon.

@Tomzy ​@BigdonJac  Have you been able to sort the issue of them not showing in the AXS app at all? Having the same issue and getting increasingly worried coming up to the date haha.
