It was a scheme in the Beyond app that as the name said gave a little credit each month against your gas use (or a set amount if you don't have gas).

It ran for 10 weeks, you had to pick a couple of hours each week and read an energy saving tip in the app

As you have received the credits then you must have signed up to it, and presumsbly engaged with it weekly. Do you not remember doing so?

    wait what? I don’t use gas but I’m connected to gas so I didn’t even bother. I just get punished for 10 pound a month for not using gas.

    Is the meter still in place but the gas capped? Is that £10 standing charges for keeping the meter in place?

     

    You can have the meter removed if you’ve already got the supply capped, I’m not sure if that’s something you’ve considered if so?

    yes gas capped. Can’t remove meter because I’m renting.

    Any chance the landlord could pay the standing charge then ??? I expect not but you could always ask.
