Hi, I use the Ovo Beyond 2 hours free feature each week, but am disappointed that I am always offered 2 hours on a Sunday morning between 10 and 12. For those of us who go to Church at that time, these slots cannot be used. Please vary it a bit. Offer Sunday afternoon, or early Sunday morning occasionally.
The only slots I can use are on the other day that is offered, and there’s a limit to how often I can put on the dishwasher in one day.

I get offered the same Sunday morning slots. There is probably a good reason for this - it is a time when electricity use is low and OVO can buy power cheap. They therefore hope to move electricity use away from peak times and also cut the cost of the reward - not that it’s a very high reward in any case.

Hi, I am also offered these slots and if I am busy during this time, I use it for activities that are passive :) For example, if your washing machine allows delayed cycles, set the timer for the wash to happen during your free slot! Hope this helps you take advantage better :)
We are always advised by the Fire Service not to switch on appliances whilst we are out. So I don’t.
