Hi, I’m new here and can’t seem to find my question in the topics so starting a new one.
I don’t seem to have the option to sign up for the free electricity and choose my time slot. I’ve checked my account and I meet the criteria: direct debit in place, I’m a ‘Beyond’ member and my smart meters send half-hourly readings.
Can someone please explain when the ‘window’ is for choosing your free electricity time slot? And if that window is open now (Sunday afternoon), why can’t I click on the ‘get 2 hours free’ button in my app?
Any help would be gratefully received, I’ve read many articles and forum posts but I’m still confused!
