Hi. Does anyone know if there is going to be anything to replace the free 2hrs gas per week on Beyond?

I usually find out after it's already started as I don't get notified and only find out because I accidently come across it in the forum. I miss out on the first couple of weeks because unless I re-download the app it doesn't show on there either.

Any heads up would be appreciated. TIA.

You do need to keep an eye on the app.

Any such new offers are usually announced in advance so that you have a change to sign up, but you do need to look under both Rewards and Offers in the app at least weekly to see if a new one may be coming up.

For example in Offers there is curretly a new prize draw to win a fancy washing machine plus 100 hours of free power (I’ve already entered):

hi @Belinda5

I haven’t seen anything but, like you, I missed the start of last one.

Typical of an energy provider to stop an offer just as the two coldest months of year commence !

Thank you. I hadn't seen the competition so I've entered that. I will keep checking Rewards and offers and hope it shows up but the last one didnt until I deleted the app and downloaded it again.
