Can anyone assist me. How do you know if you have qualified for two free hours on the following Sunday after opting in the required time the previous week.
How do you know if you qualify for extra 2 hour of free electricity?

You ‘qualify’ by picking your two hours each week.
That’s all there is to it, you just have to remember to pick them each week.
Once you have picked those hours then any electricity - up to 1 kWh each hour - that you use in those 2 hours is free, so you will get refunded a credit for it on the next months bill.
Well OK, you also need to have joined OVO Beyond, which means that you have a smart meter sending half-hourly smart readings and that you pay by Direct Debit.

Just to clarify, Power Move Flex (PMF) is completely separate to Beyond Free Electricity.
Any hours earned from PMF we'll tell you the following week, to be used that Sunday. For example any hours earned last week, you’ll be told this week to use this Sunday.
As Beyond hours are seperate to anything earned in PMF, for PMF don’t go by the app, go by your PMF emails.
You get ‘Beyond Free Hours’ AND any hours earned from PMF, but the PMF ones don't show in the app and are communicated via email 😊
