How to bank a year of free heating
This offer is available to customers with OVO Beyond who then go on to purchase an air source heat pump. Customers can bank 1 month of free space heating per 2 months on supply up to a maximum of 12 months - banked over 2 years, an extra 3 years to redeem.
The credit can be redeemed when a customer purchases an OVO Air source heat pump (ASHP). The heat banked, must be redeemed in one go. Once an ASHP is installed, customers will start to get a monthly credit (£28.46) added back onto their bill, up to a maximum redemption value of £341.

How to opt in
You’ll be able to see the offer on the OVO Energy App if you have the beyond version of the App
- You can click on the offer, through to ‘opt in’ page and then can agree to the T&Cs.
- You’ll then get an email confirming
- You’ll then be able to see how much you’ve redeemed on the home screen of the app
- You can unlock the free heat via a credit added to your bill when you purchase an ASHP install with OVO.
