You can claim it on a laptop too. Doesn't need to be a phone.
To sign up for Beyond benefits you’ll need to download the OVO app here. The app can be downloaded on phones, tablets, or Apple laptops. Beyond is app-only isn’t available through your online account.

I don’t do anything on my mobile phone as I don’t trust it. I do everything connected with ovo on the internet on my iPad
