Why haven't I had anything about a new two hours free electricity? According to a friend it starts on the 23/2/2026, anyone know about this?
Beyond offer not available to me, why?

I just wanted to give you a quick update while we’re waiting to hear back from Lou Lou.
The team have confirmed that there’s an offer available for customers in their renewal window from February to April. Terms can be found here including full eligibility dates, but ultimately, offers can be different for everyone, for different reasons such as contract end date or location.
Just a reminder that your friend's account is different from yours. You both might see different offers at different times based on various factors. It might be a good idea to focus on the offers available to you and think about how to make the most of them with OVO.
Also, a Renewal window is the timeframe when you can renew your fixed plan without any penalties as your current plan wraps up. I hope this helps!
