Beyond free energy slots

Received an email today about choosing slot for week of 4th December.   Telling me an error has occurred and its not booking time chosen.  Also link on email doesn't take you to where to book a slot.  Instead it says "page not found."  Is there problems with this page?

I missed it at the beginning so lost out on some hours, as I have complex medical needs and occasionally I have to switch off/not engage as just getting through the day is all I can cope with. 
Since I started, it’s worked for me.

Worked ok this morning for me.  Didn’t get an email reminder, just opted-in on App.

Yes.  Worked okay last week.  Not today though.  Still saying page not found as does the link in the email.

Rreceived an email today and it's doing the same thing: page not found.  I click on the link and that's what I get.  Scroll down to offers, click on the beyond link and it's the same.  This is not rocket science so sure I'm not stuffing it up.  Ant ideas?

Okay i managed to book the slot.  The trick seems to be to go to Google and login to Ovo from there.  Doesn't work on the app or the link in the email. 🤔😁

Has never failed to work on App for me.  Can't comment on email as I have always done it before email reminder arrives.

@Scotia121 thanks for the info - I’ll feed this back to the Beyond team. 

 

I’m glad you’ve found a workaround for the meantime. I’d also recommend deleting and reinstalling the app, so that you’re on the latest version, and then trying again to see if it works.
