Are free solar panels still being offered on Beyond?

I’ve been a customer since 2014, and have been using the app for about 2 years, yet have only accrued 2 of 5 solar panels. This number hasn’t changed for nearly a year.

 

Are free solar panels no longer being offer?

​@leaphaze to confirm, I’ve taken this info from the terms and conditions:

 

Expect to earn a new panel approximately every 4 - 5 months on days 120,272,424,577,730 from the date of sign up.

 

If you’ve been a Beyond customer for two years then you should have banked more than two panels. You mentions that you’ve had the app for two years - have you also been a Beyond customer for two years?

 

If you downloaded the app two years ago, but signed up for Beyond / the solar panel offer one year ago, then you won’t have accrued two years’ worth of panels.

Yes, I would have signed up for Beyond when I downloaded the app. To be honest, that was the only reason for downloading the app.

 

No, I don’t have solar panels or a battery.
