App tells me to update but there are no updates?

I even tried reinstalling the app, no difference ..

I’ve noticed that it seems a lot tougher to get an app removed from the store than to add one. It’s a bit puzzling, isn’t it? Maybe they just allocate most of their resources to the onboarding process rather than the removal process. 

 

But to confirm OVO Beyond now lives in the main OVO app so that it’s much easier to find those amazing offers 😃

I figured it out, the Ovo Beyond app is obsolete and Ovo Beyond has been rolled into the regular Ovo Energy app. The Ovo Beyond app’s message and link were entirely unclear about that, given I was just sent to the Play Store page for Ovo Beyond.

Hmmm… Might be worth pushing one final update to the legacy app to tell folks it’s retired - or at least update the store listings...
