Beyond, our free rewards programme, with access to all kinds of good stuff. Like green tech discounts, a free annual boiler service, and prizes for using energy at greener times.

From the moment you join, you can start building up rewards – from EV miles to solar panels. And they’ll be saved in the app, ready for whenever you are.

With Beyond you'll also get access to the shop, where you can buy a wide range of products and services for discounted prices. 

This also includes the ‘Savers’ section where you can view some of our green tech rewards such as your banked free solar panels and EV charging miles. You can also check out your Power Move progress from here.

We’ve partnered with some amazing brands, like Tado, grüum and Oddbox – so you can make use of your Beyond rewards. You can view these in the ‘products and services’ section too.

There are lots of other things you can do, and take control of within the app like checking your usage, requesting a refund or viewing your plan details. You can find all of our tutorial topics for the app in this section of our Forum library.

Points

There’s a new way to get rewarded for being with OVO - Beyond Points.

With Beyond, our free loyalty programme, you can now earn points to use on things like free electricity and bill credit. You’ll get 100 points by signing up, and a further 150 points if you join Power Move. 

It’s easy to get started. If you’re already on Beyond, head to the app and sign up to Beyond Points. If you’re not already on Beyond, start there.
