Hi,
I’ve been trying to top up my OVO PAYG meter but the payment keeps failing. The exact message I get is:
We’re sorry, we couldn’t take your payment. This is probably due to a temporary technical issue. Please check your connectivity and try again.
I have sufficient funds in my account, my card details are correct, and I’ve tried both the app and the website. I also switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data but it still doesn’t work.
Is there a known outage or issue with the PAYG top-up system right now?
And if not, what should I do to get my payment through?
