Hello,

Just topped up and Credit showing on my meter but not showing balance update online or in app. I have a smart meter.

Also the new top up app is now showing error message again.  I was asked to report this if it happens again because it happened once before.  Thanks

When did you last top up? Just a heads-up, it can take about half an hour for the top-up to show up in the meter app. I’ll go ahead and report this issue to the app team and check if they’ve received any other reports. Thanks so much for letting us know 😊

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.  It is also on the online account as well.  Phoned this morning.  Man on phone spoke to team and escalated it too.

Just chatting with the team just now about your issue and they’ve asked if you managed to grab a screenshot of the error message at all? If not no issue they’re just wanting to see what message appears.

It's the same error message in red that someone called JohnneyThunder flagged up.
