Top up on emergency didnt add any credit to my meter

Hi just wanted to check if anyone knows what happened here, I went onto my £15 emergency credit and let it get down to about £5, then topped up £10 which it said was accepted, but the balance didn't increase on my meter, I'm just wondering if this will register when I top up again to take it off emergency credit, or if this top up is lost now because it didn't take me off emergency credit, thanks for any help

Hi ​@Mike1892 ,

Sounds like you didn’t top-up enough to clear emergency credit and any debts that may have built up. Try topping up again by a larger amount which should do the trick.

If that STILL doesn’t work, please ask OVO to dig the data.

I topped up this morning my gas it showing on app as gone through 

but on my meter it self not gone on 

tried inputting number but no joy
